AI credit is your usage budget for AI-powered features. On paid plans it renews automatically every month; on the Free plan it is a one-time $5 grant. If your credit runs out, you can top up more AI credit anytime.

How is the user count calculated?
Your plan is based on the total number of members in your ecosystem. For example, the Growth plan supports up to 500 users.
Do admins count toward the quota?
No. Admins are not counted toward your user quota — only members count.
What does AI credit do?
It's your monthly usage budget for AI-powered features. On paid plans it renews each month; on Free it's one-time. If it runs out, you can top up more anytime.
What if I exceed my user limit?
Upgrade to the next plan to increase capacity — scale your plan up as your community grows.
